Thanksgiving Has Come and Gone

We had a great time this past week visiting with family and enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday. We even went to see Grandpa Snider and Grandma Joyce twice. Last Saturday was the first visit and we also met Pam, Bryan, McCayla, and Zach while we were there. Here is a picture of all the kids with their Great Grandpa (he is 94 now). Garrett and Zach are sitting on Grandpa's lap and Cameron and McCayla are sitting in front. Grandma Joyce always has toys on hand to hand out for the kids so they loved going over there.

On Tuesday night my parents came in to visit us this year. That is a big switch. It was such a blessing for us not to need to travel on Thanksgiving. We had the best of both worlds. Mike's Mom and Dad hosted and cooked for Thanksgiving and my parents were able to come down and join us. Mike and I are usually the ones who end up going up to my parent's for Thanksgiving and Mike's parents are usually alone since he is an only child. That is just the way it works out. My brother and sister and her family were not able to come down because of work schedules so that was the sacrifice for my parents coming here. We will probably go up there for Christmas though so it will all work out in the end. That is if we can travel when I am 35 weeks pregnant. I haven't had any earlybirds yet. The boys both wanted to stay in my belly as long as they could.

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
